Lucovitaal Melatonin 5-HTP L-Tryptophan contains a combination of, among other things, L-tryptophan, melatonin, herbal extracts, and various B vitamins.Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness, and Vitamin B5 can also help reduce the lack of energy.

Take 1 tablet half an hour before going to sleep with sufficient (a full glass) water, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
