Each tablet contains:
5024 mg extract of passion flower, lemon balm, valerian, oats, hops
3.1 mg essential oil of hops and lemon balm

Ingredients of A.Vogel Nachtrust Tabletten Sterk:

Plant extracts: passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), oats
(Avena sativa), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), hops (Humulus lupulus); bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate); firming agent (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silica); glazing agent (magnesium stearate, stearic acid); essential oils of hops and lemon balm.

Usage of A.Vogel Nachtrust Tabletten Sterk:

Take 1 tablet with some water half an hour before going to bed.
This extra strong variant is not suitable for children.
For children, we recommend regular A.Vogel Night Rest tablets or the homeopathic remedy A.Vogel Dormeasan drops for insomnia.
