Omega 3 for Kids is specially developed for children aged 3 and older. Chewing the soft capsule releases a burst of delicious natural blackcurrant flavor and provides essential Omega 3 fatty acids in addition to vitamins A, C, D, and E.The capsules are particularly rich in the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, which is known to be important for maintaining normal brain function. Vitamin A supports a healthy immune system, as well as healthy skin and eyes. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and teeth. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Vitamin D is necessary for the normal growth and development of bones in children.
