Fiber Complex contains fibers from Acacia and Baobab as well as inulin.It is our Acacia - Inulin formula in an improved form through the addition of Baobab fiber.
The dietary fiber inulin is found in chicory root (highest inulin content) and also in various fruits and vegetables, such as onions, leeks, garlic, bananas and artichokes, and in grains.
Many people don't reach the recommended total daily fiber intake (30-40 grams for adults). Fiber Complex can help you supplement your diet if your fiber intake is too low to easily meet the recommended intake.
