Each softgel (is daily dosage) contains:Co-enzyme Q10 100 mg
Fish oil (with omega-3 fatty acids) 386 mg
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) (18% relative fat percentage) 61 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) (12% relative fatty acid percentage) 40 mg
Ingredients of Orthica Co-Enzym Q10-100:
Fish oil, bovine gelatin, coenzyme Q10, gelling agent (glycerine), stabilizer (beeswax), colour (caramel).This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Usage of Orthica Co-Enzym Q10-100:
The recommended dose is 1 softgel per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Best taken with or after a meal.The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of at least 250 mg EPA and DHA per day.
