Lemon Balm is a natural sedative and helps you relax*. Sleep Support contains Valeriana officinalis extract (Valerian) standardized to valerenic acid and Melissa officinalis folia extract standardized to rosmarinic acid.* Health claims for valerian and lemon balm pending European approval
This sleep supplement contains vitamins B5, B6, and B12: these support your psychological functions. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) helps with mental exertion and contributes to normal mental performance. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) is good for mood and promotes good mental balance. Vitamin B12 (5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin) contributes to brain and nerve functions involved in learning, is good for concentration, and promotes good mental balance.

Each vegetarian capsule contains:Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) 2.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 0.75 mg
Vitamine B12 (5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamine) 5 mcg
Valeriana officinalis extract (Valerian) (0.8% valerenic acids) 200 mg
Melissa officinalis extract (Lemon balm) (5% rosmarinic acid) 80 mg
Melatonin 0.145 mg

Usage of Orthica Slaap Support:
Take 2 capsules per day unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take 30 minutes before going to bed.
