Application of Holisan Sarasvati Arishta:

Holisan Ayurvedic herbal liqueurs are made according to a traditional recipe without added preservatives. They have a delicate flavor thanks to selected herbs and spices.
What is Brahmi?
Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is a small ground-dwelling plant that is widespread in moist areas, such as riverbanks, springs, and irrigated areas. This marsh plant is a common herb in Ayurvedic teachings and has been used as an Ayurvedic herb for thousands of years.
Ingredients of Holisan Sarasvati Arishta:
Water, cane molasses, honey, Indian navelwort (Hydrocotyle asiatica), Woodfordia floribunda, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), ginger (Zingiber officinale), vetiver (Andropogon muricatus), black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), Ipomoea digitata, Asian asparagus (Asparagus racemosus), cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Terminalia belerica, Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera), calamus (Acorus calamus), clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), long pepper (Piper longum), Ipomoea turpethum, Piper aurantiacum.Contains approx. 10% alcohol.
Usage of Holisan Sarasvati Arishta:
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice a day mixed with the same amount of water.Use immediately after a meal.
