The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in Phital Fish Oil are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are good for the heart and support it. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood lipid levels. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA.Composition of Phital Visolie:

of which,
EPA (eicosapentaeenzuur 18%) 290 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid 12%) 180 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) 10 mg (30% ADH)

FISH OIL, d-alpha-tocopherol, capsule: gelatin, thickener: glycerol, purified water.Contains no sugars, gluten, yeast, lactose, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
Usage of Phital Visolie:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take after a meal.
