A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood lipid levels. of which,
EPA (eicosapentaeenzuur 18%) 290 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid 12%) 180 mg
