Elke Dag Tablets has been the most popular variant within the Elke Dag series for years. This is a one-per-day multi in tablet form, suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It is a carefully designed multi containing essential micronutrients and special additions. The product is formulated based on the latest scientific insights, aligned with current data regarding nutritional status in the Netherlands and Belgium and the optimal intake amounts per nutrient. In the formulation, highly absorbable substances and forms of compounds were chosen as much as possible, in the correct proportions and with the most optimal dosages. Naturally, choices had to be made in this regard, as only a limited amount fits into a tablet. Usage of Vitals Elke Dag:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required statement for products with more than 20 mcg Vitamin D per daily dose).
Warning:
The Vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and fenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as Vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of Vitamin K from food and supplements.
