Vitals Elke Dag, a carefully designed multivitamin with essential micronutrients and other health-promoting substances (such as carotenoids, bioflavonoids, and coenzyme Q10), is a welcome addition to your daily diet. When formulating Elke Dag, we opted for natural, easily absorbable nutrients in dosages that matter. Naturally, choices were made to ensure that tablets weren't too large or too expensive.For example, the biologically active forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12, and folic acid are used. The dosages of the B vitamins are also well-balanced, and the Elke Dag formula not only contains vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol, but is also balanced with natural beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
Half of vitamin A comes from beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A). With this form, the body will never convert more beta-carotene into vitamin A than it needs, and this will therefore not lead to excessively high vitamin A levels.

Usage of Vitals Elke Dag:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required declaration for products with more than 20 mcg Vitamin D per daily dose).
Warning:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.
