Elke Dag Tablets is a complete multivitamin in tablet form, designed for adults aged 18 and over and intended as a simple one-a-day solution within the Elke Dag series.The formula combines a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and complementary nutrients in carefully chosen forms and proportions. For instance, the product contains various B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin K, supplemented with important minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, iodine, and selenium. Additionally, carotenoids and nutrients such as Q10 and choline are included.
A versatile composition with various active and easily applicable ingredients has been chosen, fitting within a modern multivitamin. Every Day Tablets offers a broad and complete composition in a single daily tablet, as part of a practical daily routine.

This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Vitals Elke Dag:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required statement for products with more than 20 mcg Vitamin D per daily dose).
Warning:
The Vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and fenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as Vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of Vitamin K from food and supplements.
