Each 125 grams contains:Quercus alba 46.8 grams
Mullein (verbascum thapsus) 23.5 grams
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 15.6 grams
Wild yam (dioscorea villosa) 15.6 grams
Milk thistle (silybum marianum) 15.6 grams
Gildkruid (Scuttelaria laterifolia) 7,8 gram
Usage of Clark LB Kruiden:
Add 1/2 cup of the herbs to 2 liters of water. Then bring the water to a boil. Let steep for 6 hours in a covered pan. Strain through a sieve and add sweetener as needed. Drink 3 cups spread throughout the day for 6 to 8 weeks. Store in the refrigerator.Consult an expert before using supplements in case of pregnancy, lactation, medication use, or illness.
