Composition of Clark Darmkuur:
Contents of Clark Intestinal Cure:- 20 capsules vegetarian enzyme (Betaine Plus)
- 60 capsules turmeric
- 25 grams of fennel
- 50 ml walnut tincture, extra strong
Usage of Clark Darmkuur:
1. Take turmeric (2 capsules 3 times a day). Be aware of orange colored stools.2. Take fennel powder (half a teaspoon 3 times a day).
3. Take Betaine Plus with meals (1-2 capsules once a day). Do not take it longer than necessary, because this product is sensitive to mold formation.
4. Take a single dose of 2 teaspoons of extra strong walnut tincture. Put these teaspoons in half a glass of water that you drink slowly over a quarter of an hour.
5. If necessary, take Cascara sagrada capsules. Start with 1 capsule per day and increase this to a maximum of 2 capsules per day.
Remark:
- Good hygiene is extremely important. Put 50% drinking alcohol in a spray bottle for use at the sink. Disinfect your hands with this after each toilet visit and before eating.
- After completing this program, use only sterilized dairy products.
