Usage of RPSH Sana Intest Nigella Sativa Zwarte Komijn:
Recommended dosage:Children from 12 years and adults: 1 capsule 3 times daily.
Children aged 7 to 12 years: 1 capsule twice daily.
Children aged 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule once daily.
Take the capsules with sufficient water (at least 100 ml).
The capsules must not be opened to preserve the flavor.
Take the capsules with food.
