Composition of Orthica Orthiflor Start:
2 scoops (3 grams) (is daily dose) contain:Bacterial preparation 3 x 109 CFU* in approximately equal proportions:
- Bifidobacterium bifidum
- Bifidobacterium infantis
- Lactococcus lactis
*CFU = colony forming units
Ingredients of Orthica Orthiflor Start:
Rice starch, maltodextrin, bacterial culture.This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy protein, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Orthica Orthiflor Start:
The recommended dosage for pregnant women in the last six weeks of pregnancy is 3 grams per day (two scoops). Add the powder to half a glass of lukewarm water, let it sit for at least 15 minutes, stir, and drink. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.The recommended dosage for children from birth to 1 year is 3 grams per day (two scoops). Add to warmed formula, expressed breast milk, or a small amount of boiled and cooled water (temperature no higher than 37 degrees Celsius), and leave for no longer than 5 minutes.
Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Expert supervision is recommended for use in infants under six weeks of age or in infants under medical care.
