Bacterial culture (contains Bifidobacterium bifidus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii), capsule (hypromellose & gellan gum), anti-caking agent (stearic acid).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
Usage of Lamberts Probioguard:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Take with a glass of water; ideally first thing in the morning, because the pH of the stomach is highest then (not as acidic).
Do not take the capsules within half an hour after consuming hot food or drink: heat kills bacteria.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
