Application of Orthica Omega 3 Vegan:
Orthica Vegetarian Omega-3 comes from a plant-based source of omega-3, especially for vegetarians and vegans.Diet doesn't always contain sufficient omega-3 fatty acids. The Health Council recommends 450 mg of fish oil (EPA and DHA) per day, which is equivalent to two servings of fish per week, one of which should be oily fish.
For vegetarians and vegans who don't eat fish, there's Orthica's Vegetarian Omega-3. It contains DHA from seaweed and stearidonic acid from Echium. Stearidonic acid (SDA) is an omega-3 fatty acid that the body easily converts into EPA and DHA.
Orthica Vegetarian omega-3 can also be used during pregnancy and is a good source of DHA for the growth of the brain and retina of the unborn child.

Usage of Orthica Omega 3 Vegan:
The recommended dose is two softgels per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The maintenance dose is one softgel per day.Preferably take during or after a meal.
