Composition of Bional Nachtrust Forte:
Each capsule contains:Valeriaanextract (Valeriana officinalis) 400 mg
Hopextract (Humulus Lupulus) 120 mg
Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) 160 mg
Melatonin 0.2 mg
Ingredients of Bional Nachtrust Forte:
Soybean oil, (bovine) gelatin, valerian extract, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, water, lemon balm extract, hop extract, (lactose (milk), anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: soy lecithin, colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, stabilizer: silicon dioxide, melatonin.Usage of Bional Nachtrust Forte:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take half an hour before going to sleep.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use in combination with medicines that suppress the central nervous system, such as antidepressants and sedatives (including sleeping pills).
