New Care Co-Enzyme Q10 is a Q10 formula supplemented with good fats from coconut oil.Q10 is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance. It can be produced by the body and occurs naturally in every cell. Coconut oil is a so-called MCT fatty acid (Medium Chain Triglyceride). MCT fatty acids are fats that are not stored in the body.

Usage of New Care Co-Enzym Q10:
Directions for use for adults:As a starting dose you take: 1 capsule twice a day.
As a maintenance dose, take 1 capsule once a day. Take the capsules with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Everyone is different. It is generally recommended to use the starting dose for one package (60 capsules). Then, you can reduce your dosage to the maintenance dose. Personal factors may dictate whether you use the starting dose for a longer or shorter period.
