L-Lysine, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Calcium stearate, HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell).Usage of Mattisson L-Lysine:
Take 1-2 capsules twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take once a day on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
