Orthica Multi 65+ is a complete and comprehensive multi for the over 65s.The various antioxidants (copper, manganese, vitamin B2, selenium, vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc) in this multi protect healthy cells and tissues.
Ginkgo biloba has been added for better blood circulation.
Extra vitamin D has also been added, as the need for vitamin D increases from the age of 51, according to the Health Council's advice.
The liquid content of the softgel makes this multi easily digestible.
