Usage of Metagenics FlavoDyn:

Take 1 scoop per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably take mixed with a food of your choice, such as yoghurt.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warning:
Contains 7 mg caffeine per serving.
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or during pregnancy), or breastfeeding. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Contains sweeteners.
