Take 1 measuring spoon per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take mixed with a food of your choice, for example yogurt.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains 7 mg of caffeine per serving.
The maximum daily dose of EGCG is 800 mg. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. Contains sweeteners.
