Bio-Flora's small, easy-to-swallow capsules each contain 4 billion viable bacteria, divided into two strains of beneficial lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-5®) and Bifidobacterium lactis (BB-12®).Use of Bio-Flora
Bio-Flora capsules are especially useful for those traveling to areas of the world where they may encounter unfamiliar bacterial flora. The product is stable at room temperature. Start using Bio-Flora a few weeks before your departure. Bio-Flora is also beneficial for those with weakened intestinal flora. Finally, Bio-Flora can be used to maintain normal intestinal flora.
Composition of Pharma Nord Bio-Flora:
Each capsule contains:Freeze-dried cultures of lactic acid producing bacteria:
Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis (at least 4 billion viable bacteria).
Ingredients of Pharma Nord Bio-Flora:
Dextrose, bacterial preparation (Lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium lactis) (milk), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colour: calcium carbonate.Usage of Pharma Nord Bio-Flora:
You take 1-3 capsules, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.- 1 capsule per day as a maintenance dose.
- 3 capsules per day during a course of antibiotics.
Note: Take the antibiotics at least 3 hours before or after.
Preferably take whole with plenty of fluid during/after a meal.
Stick to the recommended dosage.
