Application of Pharma Nord Bio-B-Complex:
Bio-B-Complex are tablets that contain all eight different B vitamins, also known as the Vitamin B complex.All eight variants are needed to support the various Vitamin B-dependent processes in the body.
Like other vitamins, all B vitamins are essential (i.e., they cannot be produced by the body itself) and the body does not hold a large reserve of them. Furthermore, because B vitamins are water-soluble (and are therefore excreted via urine), we need them from external sources every day. The various B vitamins support different functions in the body. Most act as coenzymes, which means that they bind to enzymes and support enzymatic functions.
The three areas on which the group of B vitamins has a particular influence are energy, the nervous system, and the psyche. All B vitamins affect energy production in the body. They help the body convert carbohydrates from food into glucose, which is used as fuel to produce energy. B vitamins also support the nervous system and our mental and emotional well-being.
It can be beneficial to use the entire vitamin B complex instead of individual B vitamins, because the individual substances perform their functions in the body in close cooperation with each other. A deficiency of just one B vitamin is rare because people do not consume individual nutrients.
Vegetarians and vegans must ensure they do not develop a deficiency in B vitamins, as we obtain these mainly from meat, fish, and dairy products.
Over the years, it has become customary to identify B vitamins not by a number, but by their chemical names. Nevertheless, it can sometimes be useful to use the B vitamin number.

Each tablet contains:Vitamine B1 (thiaminehydrochloride) 7 mg
Vitamine B2 (riboflavine)8 mg
Vitamine B3 (nicotinamide & nicotinezuur) 50 mg
Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) 25 mg
Vitamine B6 (pyridoxinehydrochloride) 10 mg
Biotin B7 (D-biotin) 300 mcg
Folate B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) 400 mcg
Vitamine B12 (cyanocobalamine) 5 mcg
Ingredients of Pharma Nord Bio-B-Complex:
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B complex (see above), glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, firming agent: silicon dioxide, colouring agent: riboflavin.Suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Pharma Nord Bio-B-Complex:
You take 1 tablet per day unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
