The B vitamins work together and depend on each other for their individual functions. The combination of B1, B3, B8, B11, and B12, for example, is beneficial for good mental balance. It also benefits mood, concentration, memory, and learning ability. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to good immunity and support energy levels. They offer relief from fatigue and contribute to the maintenance of a normal nervous system. Finally, biotin (B8) supports the condition of skin, hair, and mucous membranes.

Vitamins, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)), choline, inositol, PABA, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), D-biotin.Usage of Bonusan Vitamine B-50 complex:
Take one capsule daily with or immediately after a meal. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened. B vitamins have an unpleasant and strong odor. They can cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach. This is (largely) alleviated by taking the B vitamins with a meal. In addition, urine may turn clear to dark yellow after taking Vitamin B-50 Complex. This is harmless and results from the excretion of any excess riboflavin.Warnings:
