Prim-Omega contains an ideal ratio of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The body is unable to produce essential fatty acids and therefore has to obtain these from food.
Essential fatty acids are essential for physical and mental health. The replacement of saturated fats by unsaturated fats in the food also helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
For better absorption and effect, Prim-Omega contains fish fatty acids in the natural triglyceride form. Furthermore, this product contains natural vitamin E in order to prevent oxidation in the capsules. The fish oil is, of course, thoroughly purified. No endangered fish species are used in this product.
