Application of Bonusan Omega-3 Calanus Olie:
Calanus oil is a bioactive form of Omega 3, derived from a pure and natural lipid extract of plankton. This unique oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids in the form of natural wax esters, a structure that differs fundamentally from traditional fish oil.The oil is extracted from the zooplankton Calanus finmarchicus, which is located low in the food chain and is therefore naturally pure. The composition is distinctive: a broad spectrum of Omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA, DHA, and SDA, combined with naturally occurring Astaxanthin.
NB: This product was formerly called 'NourSea Calanus® oil' under the Springfield brand. Bonusan has acquired the product and continued it in accordance with Bonusan's quality vision and standards.
Composition of Bonusan Omega-3 Calanus Olie:
Each softgel contains:Calanus oil (Calanus finmarchicus) 500 mg
of which:
- Wax esters 425 mg
- of which EPA 15 mg
- DHA is 20 mg
- of which SDA 20 mg
- of which Red rain algae (Haematococcus pluviaris) - Astaxanthin 300 mcg

Oil of Calanus finmarchicus (crustaceans), capsule shell (fish gelatin, glycerol, water).Allergen information:
Contains shellfish.
Contains no preservatives, yeast, corn, synthetic colors, flavors, or fragrances, or added sucrose.
Usage of Bonusan Omega-3 Calanus Olie:
You take 1-2 softgels per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during or immediately after a meal with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Contains astaxanthin. Therefore, it is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Do not consume in combination with other astaxanthin-containing products.
