Multi Vital Forte Teen Active offers a variety of vitamins and minerals that contribute positively to this. Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, biotin, folic acid, and vitamin C are beneficial for concentration, memory, and mood.
Magnesium, calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of strong bones and normal muscle function.
Multi Vital Forte Tiener Actief provides as many vitamins and minerals as possible in a natural, biologically easily absorbable form.
The vitamin B complex is therefore supplemented with the supporting nutrients choline, PABA, and inositol. The same applies to vitamin E, which is supported by natural mixed tocopherols.
Finally, vitamin C is accompanied by a bioflavonoid complex.
Vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid are in the active form.
This form ensures extra high bioavailability.
This means these vitamins are better absorbed by the body and can do their job more effectively. The organically bound minerals in this multivitamin are also absorbed extra well.
The important vitamins D and B12 are present in extra high doses.
However, the vitamin B6 content has been kept relatively low due to possible accumulation.
For the same reason, the active P-5-P form of B6 was used.
Vitamin A is in the form of natural beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A only as needed. This makes overdose impossible.
