Alpha-lipoic acid, also simply called lipoic acid. The body produces only small amounts of alpha-lipoic acid, and it is otherwise found primarily in spinach, meat (especially liver), and brewer's yeast. It is not easy to obtain therapeutic amounts of alpha-lipoic acid from diet alone; therefore, supplements are recommended. A unique property of alpha-lipoic acid is that it is soluble in both water and fat.✓Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing fatty acid naturally occurring in the body.

Bulkers (calcium carbonate, cellulose), alpha-lipoic acid, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide and stearic acid), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose and glycerol)Contains no: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Alfa Liponzuur 300 mg:
You take 1-2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take on an empty stomach with plenty of water.
For general antioxidant support, a lower dosage of 1 tablet per day may suffice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning :
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
