L-Tyrosine is one of the semi-essential amino acids. It is synthesised in the body out of phenylalanine, but there are circumstances under which the uptake is limited.✓Contains only the natural L-form of the amino acid
Tyrosine is less well absorbed than its precursor phenylalanine. Therefore it is always a good idea to additionally take phenylalanine. Magnesium, vitamins B3, B6, B12, folic acid, vitamin C and the trace elements iron and copper support the action of L-tyrosine.

l-tyrosine, capsule wall (cellulose (HP methylcellulose)), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).Usage of Bonusan L-Tyrosine 400:
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily at least half an hour before a meal with fruit juice. Do not take the capsules together with food containing protein. Preferably spread your intake evenly throughout the day. The capsule may be opened if experiencing difficulties with swallowing.Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
