Unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional, add the contents of one sachet to lukewarm water, expressed breast milk (or from 8 months of age to fruit juice), stir or shake briefly and administer.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
When starting to use bacterial strains or a prebiotic, you may experience gas and/or cramps. Over time (usually a week), the body adjusts and these symptoms diminish or disappear. If symptoms occur, it may be helpful to reduce the initial dose to half the recommended dose for the first two weeks.
