Curcuma longa rhizoma extract (Biocurcumin), standardized to a minimum of 80% curcumin 90 mg
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, cellulose (HPMC).

Usage of Bonusan Silybum-Curcuma Extract:
Take two capsules daily with or immediately after meals, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. It's best to spread the dose over several meals. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.Warning:
