You take 1 capsule twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Preferably take during or immediately after a meal. The Cynara-Zingiber extract is generally very well tolerated. Occasionally, mild stomach discomfort may occur when the extract is taken on an empty stomach. Taking it with a meal will then alleviate the symptoms. In certain cases, the product can also be used for a longer period.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Caution is advised during use in the presence of gallstones, an increased tendency to bleed, or when using anticoagulation. Consult an expert for this.
