Each capsule contains:Glucosamine sulfate 2 KCL 675 mg
(provides 509 mg GS and 400 mg Glucosamine)

This product contains shellfish.
Usage of Pharma Nord Glucosamine:
You take 1 capsule 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
The daily dose can also be taken all at once.
Do not take a double dose if you have skipped a day, but continue using the normal dosage.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use in children under the age of 18 without the advice of a doctor.
