Application of Gaviscon Duo Bosvruchten:
Gaviscon Duo is a medicine used for the treatment of acid-related complaints.Gaviscon Duo contains 2 antacids (calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate) and an alginate.
This medicine works in 2 ways:
1. It forms a protective layer over the stomach contents. This can last for 4 hours. This reduces the burning sensation in the area around your chest.
2. It counteracts excess stomach acid. This reduces the pain and discomfort.
This medicine is used to treat symptoms caused by stomach acid entering the esophagus. These symptoms can include heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. These symptoms can occur, for example, after a meal or if you are pregnant.
Composition of Gaviscon Duo Bosvruchten:
Each tablet contains the following active ingredient:Sodium alginate 250 mg
Sodium bicarbonate 106.5 mg
Calcium carbonate 187.5 mg
Ingredients of Gaviscon Duo Bosvruchten:
Sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, xylitol, carmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, macrogol, mannitol (E421), copovidone, acesulfame-K, aspartame (E951), cranberry flavour, raspberry flavour, fruit flavour and carmoisine (E122). Flavourings contain propylene glycol (E1520) and sucrose.Usage of Gaviscon Duo Bosvruchten:
If symptoms occur, take 2 to 4 tablets after meals and before going to sleep. Maximum 4 times a day.Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Chew well before swallowing this medicine.
Do not exceed the daily dose.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
