Rhodiola rosea extract (3% rosavins, 1% salidroside), shilajit extract (20% fulvic acid, 10:1), fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum, 10:1), capsule thickener (bovine gelatin), rice flour, anti-caking agent (rice fiber extract), MCT powder, sodium borate, superoxide dismutase (TetraSOD®, from the microalgae Tetraselmis chuii), zinc citrate.Usage of Elvou Male Formula:
You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
We recommend using the male in a cycle, taking it consistently for 6 weeks and then stopping the supplements for 2 weeks.
