Usage of Ortholon Moondance Fase 2 (nr 25):
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take in the morning with breakfast and water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Use Moondance Face 1 (no. 24) during the first phase of your cycle (days 1-14). For optimal support, use Moondance Phase 2 during the second half of your cycle.
