Chasteberry extract (Vitex agnus castus) 100 mg
- standardized to 0.4% aucubine, 0.5% agnuside

Usage of Ortholon Moondance Fase 1 (nr 24):
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take in the morning with breakfast and water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Use during the first phase of your cycle (days 1-14). For optimal support, use Moondance Phase 2 during the second half of your cycle.
