Use of Vitakruid Beauté Collageen Complex - Rood Fruit:
Take 1 to 2 scoops per day with a 250 ml glass of water. It dissolves easily in (lukewarm) water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, and cottage cheese.
