Application of Zovirax Duo Crème :
Zovirax Duo contains two active ingredients: aciclovir and hydrocortisone.Acyclovir is an antiviral drug that helps fight the virus that causes cold sores. Hydrocortisone is a mild steroid (adrenal cortex hormone) that reduces the inflammation associated with cold sores.
What is this medicine used for
This medicine is used to treat the early signs and symptoms (e.g.
tingling, itching or redness) of cold sores on the lips and the skin around the lips to reduce the chance

Other ingredients: liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, sodium laurilsulfate, cetostearyl alcohol, white soft paraffin, poloxamer 188, citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, and purified water.Usage of Zovirax Duo Crème :
Adults and children over 12 years oldApply the cream five times a day for 5 days (i.e. approximately every 3-4 hours during the day).
It is recommended to start treatment as soon as possible after the first signs or symptoms appear.

Instructions for use
Wash your hands before and after application to avoid making the cold sore worse or causing you to

If you develop an ulcer, do not touch the ulcer more often than necessary. This will prevent the ulcer from
infection spreads to other parts of your body, or to your eyes.
