Ultra Pure DHA/EPA 500 mg from Vitals is a fish oil supplement that contains the important Omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in a generous dose, with a focus on a higher amount of DHA compared to EPA. For pregnant women and breastfeeding women, DHA is more important than EPA. DHA contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the fetus and breastfed infant, with a daily intake of 200 mg by the mother, in addition to the recommended daily allowance of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of healthy brain function and good vision, with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. The Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Fish oil triglyceride concentrate, fish gelatin (softgel capsule), humectant (glycerol), purified water, d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E).
Usage of Vitals Mama's Daily Basics Pack:
Use of Every Day Mama:Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.
Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory declaration for products with more than 20 mcg Vitamin D per daily dose).
Use of Ultra Pure DHA/EPA 500 mg:
Take 1-2 softgels daily, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
For pregnant women, take one or two softgels per day, depending on their diet and omega-3 status. Breastfeeding women take two softgels per day.
Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
