✓Contains natural sources of glucosinolates, the precursors of DIM.
When cabbage is chewed, glucosinolates are converted into indole-3-carbinol (I3C), which is further converted into DIM in the stomach. This substance is absorbed through the intestines and distributed throughout the body. Cooking reduces this conversion, making raw or concentrated extracts the best source.
DIM Complex contains powerful extracts of broccoli, yellow mustard seed, and white cabbage, rich in natural glucosinolates. The formula is supplemented with zinc and black pepper.
The patented HiActives broccoli sprout extract provides up to 100x more glucoraphanin than regular broccoli. The sprouts are carefully processed at low temperatures to preserve the active ingredients.
Contains Bioperine (95–98% piperine), a standardized extract of black pepper.
