Application of Vitakruid Vitamine K & D Baby:
The Health Council recommends an extra 150 mcg of Vitamin K for breastfed infants from day 8 up to and including 12 weeks. The Health Council's recommendation for Vitamin D is an extra 10 mcg year-round until age 4.Immediately after birth, all infants are administered 1,000 mcg of Vitamin K by the midwife. This dosage is sufficient for the first week; from day 8 until the end of the first 12 weeks, the recommendation is to give an additional 150 mcg. This is because babies are not yet able to produce Vitamin K themselves during this first phase of life.
A similar principle applies to Vitamin D. This vitamin is important for the formation and development of children's skeletons. However, newborn babies are not yet able to obtain sufficient Vitamin D from their diet or sunlight. This is why the Health Council recommends supplementation with both Vitamin D and K.
After using Vitamin K & D Baby, we recommend switching to the starting from year 1. Multi Day & Night Junior .
Composition of Vitakruid Vitamine K & D Baby:
4 drops of Baby K contain:Vitamin K2 (K2VITAL® DELTA, menaquinone-7 K2) 75 mcg
Vitamin K1 (phytomenadione) 75 mcg
2 drops of Baby D contain:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 mcg

Baby K Ingredients:Sunflower oil (carrier), Vitamin K2 (K2VITAL® DELTA, menaquinone-7 K2), Vitamin K1 (phytomenadione), D-alpha-tocopherol (natural antioxidant).

Sunflower oil (carrier), Vitamin D3 (cholecalcepherol), D-alpha-tocopherol (natural antioxidant).
This product is free from: GMOs, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
Use of Vitakruid Vitamine K & D Baby:
You take 4 drops of Baby K and 2 drops of Baby D per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
