Plant extracts: passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) 9.8%, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), valerian (Valeriana officinalis); bulking agent (mannitol, cellulose); firming agent (cross-linked cellulose gum), gum arabic; glazing agent (magnesium stearate).Usage of A.Vogel Passiflora Rustgevende Tabletten:
During stressful periods and as a maintenance dose:Take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day with some water.
For exciting moments such as driving tests, a visit to the dentist or giving a presentation: 1 hour
Take 2 tablets in advance and 1 tablet again with some water 30 minutes before the stressful moment.
Children aged 3 to 6 years: one third of the dosage.
Children from 6 to 12 years: half the dose.
