Suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of SanaCore Adenosyl 3000 Vitamine B12 + Foliumzuur:
Take 1 to 2 melting tablets daily, preferably between meals, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Allow the tablets to dissolve under your tongue and avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes after taking them. This promotes optimal absorption.
Do not exceed the maximum dosage of 5 melt tablets per day.
