Go4Balance Enjoy 45+ is a herbal tincture with the following active ingredients:- Lady's Mantle (Alchemilla): helps combat fluid retention and is diuretic in nature (water-removing).
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis): has a relaxing and calming effect. Lemon balm promotes sleep and supports the nervous system. Very effective against irritability and periods of stress.
Hops (Humulus lupulus): the herb for women's menopausal complaints. Hops' calming effect helps with hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings, thus contributing to a healthy night's sleep.
- Sage (Salvia officinalis): has a positive effect on excessive sweating during tension or menopause
- Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa): Black cohosh is known as one of the most commonly used herbs for menopausal symptoms. Black cohosh supports mood improvement and has a calming effect.
- Lavender (Lavandula): this herb helps to restore vitality as a result of tense moments and has a calming effect
- Nettle (Urtica dioica): works as a tonic for fatigue complaints and supports the body in draining waste products

Usage of Go4Balance Enjoy 45+ Kruidendruppels:
Only for women during menopause.- Adults: 3 x 7 to a maximum of 3 x 10 drops per day in a little water, preferably before meals.
