Water, magnesiumchloride 31%.Usage of Himalaya Magnesium Magnesium Olie Spray:
Apply to the skin, preferably on the feet, legs, arms, and abdomen, or on the area to be treated.Massage in lightly.
Use 2 to 4 sprays daily per 10 kg of body weight.
Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse off if desired.
Use a maximum of 35 sprays per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds (magnesium is a salt, after all).
