Vitals Every Day Mama Capsules is a carefully designed multivitamin for women trying to conceive, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. This is an important period during which you want to optimally support the health of the mother, but especially that of the baby!The product is formulated based on the most recent scientific insights, aligned with current data regarding nutritional status in the Netherlands and Belgium and the optimal intake amounts per nutrient. This multi contains the most important nutrients in the correct proportions and dosages according to the latest insights. Furthermore, only highly absorbable compounds have been selected. The vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow and can be opened to mix the contents into something else. Another advantage is that the dosage can be spread throughout the day if desired.
Many pregnant women are warned about the dangers of too much Vitamin A. However, the need for Vitamin A is higher during pregnancy and certainly during breastfeeding. It is therefore important not to be overly cautious with Vitamin A intake. For this reason, Elke Dag Mama contains, in addition to 3 mg of natural Beta-carotene (pro-Vitamin A), 150 mcg of Vitamin A as retinol. This is a low and very safe dosage of Vitamin A. The body will not convert more of the Beta-carotene into Vitamin A than it needs, and this will therefore not lead to excessively high Vitamin A levels.

Usage of Vitals Elke Dag Mama Capsules:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory statement for products with more than 20 µg vitamin D per daily dose).
The Vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and fenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as Vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of Vitamin K from food and supplements.
