Vitals Elke Dag Mama, a carefully designed multivitamin for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. This is an important time, during which you want to optimally support the health of both mother and baby!This multivitamin contains the most important nutrients in the correct proportions and dosages based on the latest scientific insights. Vitals has also focused on using only easily absorbable compounds. The vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow and can be opened to add the contents to a drink.
Vitamin A comes from beta-carotene. With this form, the body will never convert more beta-carotene into vitamin A than it needs, and this will therefore not lead to excessively high vitamin A levels.
