Bonusan Active Vitamin B Complex contains a balanced dose of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P). This active coenzyme form does not need to be transformed by the liver and is immediately active.
It is therefore already effective at lower doses and is presumably safe for long-term daily use even at higher doses. The vitamin B3 we use is the flush-free variant inositol hexanicotinate.
