of which:
- Eicosapentaeenzuur (EPA) 186 mg
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 58 mg
Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) (omega-6) 200 mg
of which:
- Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) 20 mg
Ingredients of Equazen Liquid Natuurlijke Omega-3 & -6 Vetzuren:
High oleic sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), Fish oil, Evening primrose oil, Flavoring (natural lemon oil, lemon aroma), Antioxidant (vitamin E).Usage of Equazen Liquid Natuurlijke Omega-3 & -6 Vetzuren:
You take 5 ml (= dessert spoon) per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.During the first 12 weeks and after a long break from taking the supplement, take 5 ml three times daily to build up your essential fatty acid levels. Best taken with food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Tip:
Equazen Liquid can be mixed with cold drinks or, for example, applesauce or yoghurt.
Do not mix Equazen Liquid with hot food or drinks. When unsaturated fatty acids are heated, oxidation occurs and the oil loses its potency.
Interactions
Do not take at the same time as methylphenidate tablets or modified-release capsules; take them at least 4 hours later.
Warnings
Caution when used concomitantly with blood-thinning medication.
