Multi Day & Night® Mama is a vegan multivitamin developed for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. The formula therefore contains ingredients that are important during pregnancy, such as folic acid, choline, and iron. Multi Day supports energy levels with a complete B complex. Midwives recommend a 400 mcg folic acid supplementation per day throughout pregnancy. Several complications that can arise during pregnancy are related to insufficient folic acid levels. Folic acid supplementation increases the mother's folate status. A low maternal folate status is a risk factor for spina bifida in the developing fetus.
Since it takes four weeks for folic acid to be absorbed into your body, it's recommended from the moment you're trying to conceive. Folic acid contributes to the formation of the placenta and the growth of the fetus.

As a (expectant) mother, you want to relax and sleep at night. Multi Night Mama contains several important nutrients to support you throughout your pregnancy, such as vitamin D, vitamin C, and iron.
